One number, one inbox, and the hours somebody is actually at the desk

Requests are worked Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Pacific Time. The desk is closed at weekends, and a request that lands then is answered first thing on Monday.
There is a telephone on a table at the other end of that number, not a queue, which means a busy moment costs you a minute of ringing. Out of hours it records, and recordings are cleared oldest first.
Which route is fastest
- A new reservation or a rate. Use the reservation form. Twelve fields, in order, and it reaches the desk as an email.
- A reservation already made, today. Call +1 (415) 906-2431. On the day itself the operator's number from your confirmation is faster still.
- Changing or cancelling. The cancellation policy tells you which window you are in; call after reading it.
- Anything else. The form below.
What this desk cannot do by email
- Handle money. This site has no card field, and card numbers are not accepted by mail or by voice either.
- Confirm anything unquoted. The corridor gets asked first and a bay is held second, in that order, without exception.
- Speak for an operator's paperwork. Their terms and their insurance position are theirs; ask us and we will go and ask them.
- Do anything about a vehicle already inside a lot. The operator holds the keys to that gate, literally.
No call from this desk asks anybody to read a card number aloud, and nothing we send carries a link to pay. A message that does was written by somebody else.
Where we are
Constant Travellers Bookings LLC rents an office at 870 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94102, United States.
An older multi tenant building at the corner of Powell and Market, full of small offices. There is no shopfront and no waiting room, and no reason to come: everything this desk does happens by telephone, by email and on the corridor.
